Event Details

The Friends of the Library are excited to announce that Gatlin Fenwick, a local Sourdough bread baker and wellness center owner, will present and discuss “ A Bird’s Eye-view of Sourdough”.  He has been making sourdough bread for twelve years and milling his own flour for about a year, both of which have become a passion of his.  In his discussion, he will address the holistic benefits and adaptability of the sourdough process.  Samples to taste will be compared and participants will receive his sourdough starter.

Registration is required for this event and is limited to 25 people.
