Pi(e) Day Sale

Pi(e) Day, the popular Friends of the Library event, which celebrates the mathematical constant pi (3.14), returns in 2025 on Friday, March 14 at 9am.

Pie bakers from throughout the community are invited to contribute their artistry in a variety of flavors. All assortments of pies are needed from sweet to savory. Pies can be traditional, hand pies, or savory pies like quiche or pot pies.

You don’t have to be a Friend of the Library to bake and contribute a pie; anyone can share their pie baking skills, so encourage your friends and neighbors to join in.

Pie plates will be available to borrow at the Library. We’ll begin accepting donated homemade pies in non-returnable pie plates on Thursday, March 13 from 3-6pm. Pie drop-off will continue beginning at 7:15 am on March 14, and runs through 1pm.
